Returning Grocery Items

Grocery items and wine are returnable to Chacha's Store and may be refunded or replaced.

How refunds are issued

Usually, there are three steps to process refunds for returned products fulfilled by Chacha's Store:

You return the product you purchased to Chacha's Store.
Chacha's Store processes the return and issues you a refund.
You receive the refund to your preferred payment method.

In limited circumstances, Chacha's Store may decide to issue you a refund for a product without requiring you to return the product. We'll notify you if this applies to your item.

Usually, Chacha's Store will issue you a refund for a returned product within 30 days after we receive the returned product.
